Knights in the Nightmare is an absolutely wild game. It belongs to the same (very loose) series as Riviera and Yggdra Union from the GBA.

It has crazy mechanics. It's probably best summarised as a RPG/Strategy/Bullet Hell game. It has so many systems layered on top of each other that it's threatening to collapse under the weight.

Nice graphics and presentation with a unique style, similar to the sibling games.

Ultimately though it's the kind of game I'm excited to dip into but will burn out on if I try and make it all the way through. And it's coming off the back of some similar games, so I've decided to put it down.
