It's another Monkey Ball game. You can use the touch screen for controls, but the d-pad is just better for the most part. Technically the touch screen could be more nuanced but it's not as good as an analogue stick would be.

At this point I've played several Monkey Ball games and a lot of the level design here was familiar, seemingly directly copy and pasted. Also whenever you finish a series of levels it plays the unskippable credits.

3D graphics look nice for a DS game.

Overall, it's fine but barely different from other monkey ball games.
